为破解企业新员工培训教学模式中普遍存在的“理论与实践脱节、内容碎片化、知识转化困难”三大难题,构建并验证了一套系统性的活力课堂教学模型。该模型提出“双核驱动·三阶赋能”理论框架,并将“电力工业发展史”课程重构为“四幕剧”整体叙事模式。采用准实验研究法,研究表明该模式下学员的学习投入度、能力提升度和价值观认同度都有提升,证明“双核驱动·三阶赋能”模型及其“四幕剧”实践范式,是一套能有效解决新员工培训中常见问题、显著提升育人实效的可复制教学改革方案。
Abstract:To address three common challenges in new employee training—namely the disconnection between theory and practice,fragmented content,and difficulties in knowledge transformation—a systematic vigorous class teaching model is constructed and validated.A theoretical framework of “dual-core driven and three-stage empowerment” is proposed,and the course of the history of electric power industry development is restructured into an integrated narrative mode referred to as the “four-act drama”. Through a quasi-experimental research method,it is demonstrated that trainees' learning engagement,skill improvement,and value recognition are enhanced by this model.It is confirmed that the “dual-core driven and three-stage empowerment” model,along with its “four-act drama” practical paradigm,constitutes a replicable teaching reform approach,through which common issues in new employee training are effectively addressed and educational outcomes are significantly improved.
