组合电器设备的安全运行对整个电力系统的稳定至关重要,一旦发生故障,必将会对整个设备内部产生影响,严重时还可能引起所辖局部地区乃至全部地区停电。所以在组合电器设备发生故障之前,如果能够检测并判断其绝缘运行状态,就显得尤为重要。带电检测技术是发现GIS潜在缺陷的重要手段,此文介绍了目前国家电网公司常用的带电检测技术,全面总结分析了GIS运行状态管控现状,并在此基础上提出了提升策略与建议,为深入推进GIS带电检测以及状态检修提供了参考。

Abstract:

The safe operation of gas insulated switchgear(GIS) is of great importance for the stability of the whole power system,and once it breaks down,it will certainly affect the internal part of the whole equipment and it may result in power failure of the local area,and even the whole area under the jurisdiction,if serious.Therefore,before the GIS breaks down,it is very important to detect and judge the operating status of its insulation.The live detection technology is an important means to find the potential defect of GIS.This paper introduces the live detection technology commonly used by the State Grid,comprehensively summarizes the current situation of operating status control of GIS and puts forward strategies and suggestions on that basis,providing reference for the in-depth promotion of GIS live detection and condition-based maintenance.
