基于精准思政创新视角对大学班级教育管理问题进行研究,以某学院创建特色星级班级的工作实践为例,提出以共同愿景为导向精准设立特色班级成长目标,以项目化管理为手段精准推进星级班级长效建设,以师生主体为基础精准发力凝聚先进班级育人文化,有效落实立德树人根本任务。

Based on the perspective of precise ideological and political innovation,the problems of college class education management are studied.Taking the work practice of establishing characteristic star class of a college as an example,the measures are put forward,such as accurately setting up the growth goal of characteristic class guided by the common vision,accurately promoting the long-term construction of star class by means of project management,accurately exerting efforts to condense advanced class education culture based on teachers and students,which effectively implements the fundamental task of moral education.
