摘要:

新员工入职培训主要包括地市级、省公司级和国网公司级3级,培训后新员工较好地完成了从学生到企业员工角色的转变,较全面地了解、认识了国网公司的历史、现状及发展目标,认同电网事业及企业文化。但是在完成新入职员工培训后,职业发展成果如何应用已成为国网公司的关注点。以专业技术等级发展水平、能力素质评估、年度考核情况及企业忠诚度为指标,对新员工的职业化成果进行了量化评估,收到较好成效。

Abstract:

The induction training for new employees mainly includes three levels:prefecture-city level,provincial-company level and national-grid-company level.After the training,the new employees complete the role transformation from students to employees in enterprises,who also have a comprehensive understanding of the history,current situation and development goals of the State Grid Corporation,and better identify with power grid cause and corporate culture.However,after the completion of new recruits' induction training,how to apply the career development achievements has become the focus of the State Grid Corporation.Taking development level of professional technology grade,ability and quality assessment,annual performance appraisal results and enterprise loyalty as indicators,this paper evaluates quantitatively the results of new employees' professionalization achievements,and good results have been achieved.
