大区域联网条件下山东电网暂态稳定分析

摘要:

现代电力系统的发展使其稳定性问题日趋重要,而暂态稳定控制又是稳定性研究的重中之重。随着国家电网西电东送规模的日益扩大,受端电网的暂态稳定问题日益凸显。特高压交直流输电线路接入电网后,暂态稳定的研究对电网的安全稳定运行十分重要。本文介绍了山东电网与交流特高压联网的规划情况,并以2015年全国联网规划数据为基础,采用中国电力科学研究院PSD-BPA潮流及暂态稳定程序,分析互联系统大扰动对山东电网暂态稳定的影响。

Abstract:

With development of modern power system,analysis of transient stability is very important in study of power system stability.Transient stability of Shandong power network as the receiving end has become extremly important to the stable operation of power grid with the development of national "west-to-east power transmission" program.This paper introduced the situation of Shandong grid receiving external electric and ac uhv planning.According to grid interconnection planning data in 2015 effection on transient stability of Shandong grid by severe fault is analyzed by using PSD-BPA from china electric power research institute.
