开展技能实训是提升运维人员专业技能和综合素质的一种有效手段,是培养高技能应用型人才的重要途径。针对电力通信传输网运维人员,以岗位能力分析为基础,以贴近生产现场为准绳,设计开发实训项目等培训资源,加强实训室建设、师资队伍建设等,建立完善的实训体系,可以有效指导技能实训的开展。此文从电力通信传输网运维实训体系出发,分析电力通信传输网岗位能力,并提出一种构建方案,为电力通信运维人员的技能培养提供参考与帮助。

Implementing skill training is an effective method to improve the professional skill and comprehensive quality of operation and maintenance personnel.It is an important approach to cultivate high-skilled applied talents.With the target of operation and maintenance personnel of power communication transmission network and the basis of position competence analysis,the training resources for practical training projects are designed and developed which is close to the production site.The construction of training room and teacher faculty are strengthened.A perfect training system is established which can effectively guide the development of skill training.This paper starts from the operation and maintenance training system,analyzes the position competence,and proposes a construction scheme to provide reference and help for the skill training of operation and maintenance personnel of power communication.
