山东电力高等专科学校学报

针对产教融合深化背景下高职英语教师教学能力与行业实践脱节、双驱型专业发展机制缺失等问题，构建了“校企协同机制、学术赋能驱动、政策保障制度”三维驱动与“政企校师”四元协同相结合的发展路径，以提升高职英语教师教学与实践双驱型专业素养，该路径可为职业院校英语教师队伍建设提供参考。

In the context of deepening integration of industry and education,higher vocational English teachers face challenges such as the disconnect between teaching competence and industry practice,as well as the lack of dual-driven professional development mechanisms.To cope with such challenges,a development path integrating a three-dimensional driving framework,comprising school-enterprise collaborative mechanisms,academic empowerment,and policy support systems,with a four-party synergy among government,enterprises,institutions,and teachers is constructed to enhance higher vocational English teachers' dual-driven professional competencies of teaching and practice. The proposed path provides a reference for the development of English teaching staff in vocational institutions.
