针对一起220 kV气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear and controlgear,GIS)断路器绝缘拉杆在设备交接耐压试验过程中发生的绝缘击穿故障,对断路器绝缘拉杆进行了玻璃化转变温度测量、密度测量、异物成分检测,以及耐压分析、静电场仿真计算,确定故障的根本原因是绝缘拉杆本身存在缺陷。最后提出了相应的防范措施,以提高GIS的可靠性和安全性。
Abstract:In allusion to an insulation breakdown fault of the insulating operation rod of a 220 kV gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear and controlgear(GIS)circuit breaker occurring during the equipment handover voltage withstand test,the glass transition temperature measurement,density measurement,foreign component detection,voltage withstand analysis and electrostatic field simulation calculation are conducted on the insulating operation rod.The root cause of the fault is determined to be an inherent defect in the insulating operation rod itself.Finally,the corresponding preventive measures are proposed to improve the reliability and safety of GIS.
