通过网络平台,将企业工程技术人员带入到大学课堂中来,建立企业与"未来员工"的最便捷连接通道。解决企业与学校一直存在的信息交互通道的闭塞问题。将企业文化,企业思想引入本科教学培养过程中,让学生在学习过程中了解企业;将学校教学过程展示给企业,让企业了解学生;增加学生与企业的互选性,扩宽校企合作模式,完成适应企业用人需求的人才培养模式。
Abstract：Through network platform,enterprise engineering technical personnel are brought into the college classroom to establish the most convenient connection channel between enterprises and "prospective employees".The problem of blocked information interaction channel between the enterprise and the school is solved.The enterprise culture and the enterprise thought are introduced into the undergraduate teaching culture process,so that the students get to know the enterprise during the learning process,the teaching process of the school is displayed to the enterprise,the enterprise can know well about students,and mutual selection between students and the enterprise is increased,the school-enterprise cooperation mode is expanded.Finally the personnel needs of the enterprise is realized.
