以某高职院校为例,介绍了构建大德育多元办学平台、大德育特色培养平台、大德育创新实践平台的具体措施,建立了"三全育人"金字塔型德育教育体系,确立了"多维度集成、全要素发力"的德育教育布局,健全了行业特色鲜明、培育路径清晰的德育教育模式,形成了专业技能与道德品格双向互促的德育教育格局。
Abstract:Taking a higher vocational college as an example,the measures to build a multi-education platform,a characteristic cultivating platform,and an innovative practice platform for the pattern of moral education are introduced.A pyramid moral education system of "three comprehensive education" and a moral education layout of "multi-dimensional integration and all-factors development" are established.The moral education mode with distinctive industry characteristics and clear cultivation path is improved,and a moral education pattern of mutual promotion between professional skills and moral character is formed.
