基于刻意练习的“线路保护定检”课程教学设计与实践

针对职后教育中“线路保护定检”课程教学存在的学员技能掌握不牢、岗位适配性不足等问题,基于刻意练习的“目标明确、高度专注、有效反馈、拉伸区练习”四要素,按照“课前—课中—课后”全过程重构教学模式。课前通过“需求调研—学情测评—目标拆解”明确练习方向;课中依托“三九”闯关式实训体系,以“非玩家角色”引导、限时机制、针对性重复练习”提升专注度,强化拉伸区训练,并构建“测—评—考”一体化闭环评价体系;课后通过“复盘巩固—效果追踪”促进技能迁移与稳定提升。实施结果表明,学员实操考核平均成绩显著提高,岗位适应期缩短约50%,关键技能实现全面覆盖。该教学模式有效契合职后培训的岗位能力要求,为电力行业同类实操课程改革提供可推广的参考。

Abstract:

To address inadequate skill mastery and insufficient job adaptability among trainees in the “Line Protection Periodic Testing” course in post-occupation education,the teaching model is reconstructed across the full process of “pre-class,in-class,and post-class” based on the four elements of deliberate practice:“clear goals,high concentration,effective feedback,and practice in the stretch zone”.Before class,practice directions are defined through “demand analysis,learning-condition assessment,and goal decomposition”.During class,a “three-nine practical training system” is adopted,in which “NPC guidance,time-limited mechanisms,and targeted repetitive practice” are employed to enhance concentration and reinforce training in the stretch zone.An integrated closed-loop evaluation system of “testing-evaluation-examination” is established.After class,“review,consolidation,and effect tracking” are conducted to promote skill transfer and steady improvement.Implementation results indicate that trainees' average performance in practical assessments is significantly improved,the job-adaptation period is reduced by approximately 50%,and key skills are comprehensively covered.The teaching model is effectively aligned with the competency requirements of post-occupation training,providing a replicable reference for practical-course reform in the power industry.
