在电力定额与山东省定额两种定额体系下,分别计算电缆排管方案建筑工程费、安装工程费、设备购置费等各项费用单位造价指标,并将造价指标数据处理,形成矩阵式的造价指标分布图。根据不同费用标准的原始数据,深入分析不同费用标准之间的费用差异形成的原因,包括工程量、施工工艺、人材机价格等方面的差异。根据电力定额与省定额造价水平的对比结果可知,电缆排管方案山东省定额的造价水平较电力定额低18.04万元/km,降幅为4.24%。但其各子项(建筑工程费、设备购置费及安装工程费)变化趋势并不一致。
Abstract:Under two quota systems of the quota in Shandong province,this paper has calculated the cost index of the project cost,installation cost,equipment purchasing cost and other costs for piping protocol of cables respectively,and the data has been processed to form matrix cost index distribution diagram.The original data of different fee standard has been deeply analyzed,including the difference in project amount,construction process,the price of talent,materials and other aspects.Compared with the power quota and the provincial quota cost level,it can be found that the cost level of the quota in Shandong province of the cable piping protocol is 180400 yuan/km lower than that of the power quota,which decreased by 4.24%.However,other subitem(construction cost,equipment purchasing fee and installation fee)are not in concert with each othor.
