随着电力企业体制改革的推进,如何做好输电线路通道运维属地化管理成为供电企业一个有待解决的问题。本文结合国网汉川市供电公司(以下简称汉川公司)近年来输电线路的实际运维情况,就输电线路通道运维属地化管理机制进行了探讨性研究,首先介绍了汉川公司输电线路通道运维属地化管理现状,然后分析了输电线路通道运维属地化工作存在的困难和问题,最后就属地化工作如何更好地开展,提出一些对策和建议。

With the pushing of power enterprise system reform, how to complete the local management of operation and maintenance of transmission line passageway has become a problem to be solved of power supply enterprises. In combination with the actual operation and maintenance situation of transmission line of Hanchuan Power Supply Company of SGCC(hereinafter referred to as "Hanchuan Company") in recent years,this paper makes a tentative research on the local management mechanism of operation and maintenance of transmission line passageway. It introduces the current situation of local management of operation and maintenance of transmission line passageway of Hanchuan Company first, and then analyzes the difficulties and problems existing in the local work of operation and maintenance of transmission line passageway, and finally comes up with some countermeasures and suggestions on how to better carry out local work.
