采用D(T)N-25型自动凸点焊机对厚度为0.4 mm的镀锌钢板进行电阻点焊试验。将两板压紧于两电极之间焊接,研究焊接电流、通电时间对焊点成形的影响,分析焊接缺陷产生的成因,初步建立成型良好的焊接工艺窗口,通过合理控制焊接工艺参数来实现电阻点焊对镀锌钢板材料的有效连接。结果表明,当焊接电流在3.54.5 kA,通电时间在30~50 cycles范围内变化时,焊点成形良好。利用点焊工艺生产出典型产品,使用性能好,维修方便。
Abstract:Using D(T)N-25 automatic projection welding machine to carry out the resistance spot welding test on galvanized steel plate with thickness of 0.4 mm.By welding two plates that are pressed between the two electrodes to research the influence of welding current and power-on time on the formation of welding spot,analyze the causes of welding defects,preliminarily estabish a well-formed welding process window,achieve effective connection of galvanized steel plate material through reasonable control of welding process parameters.The results show that the welding spot is formed well when welding current is between 3.5-4.5 kA and poweron time is varying in a range of 30-50 cycles.Typical products produced by the spot welding process will have good performance and convenient maintenance.
