基于层次分析法的高职英语课程思政评价研究

在高职英语课程思政教学中,学生普遍认为教师公平、公正的表现具有关键影响。针对高职英语课程思政评价标准不一致的问题,从学生视角出发构建一个教师课程思政教学效果定量评价体系,以更准确地反映学生的实际需求并提升教育质量。以“职通英语”课程为例,运用层次分析法,收集并分析学生对课程思政教学的实时反馈,建立了包含教师思政能力、教师专业能力、教师道德能力、教师教学能力和师生互动效果5个一级指标以及21个二级指标的评价体系,具有科学性和可靠性,对高职英语课程思政评价具有指导意义。

Abstract:

In the ideological and political teaching of higher vocational English courses,students generally believe that the fair and just performance of teachers has a crucial impact.To address the issue of inconsistent evaluation criteria for ideological and political education in higher vocational English courses,a quantitative evaluation system for teachers' ideological and political teaching effectiveness from the perspective of students is constructed,aiming to more accurately reflect students' actual needs and improve education quality.Taking the Career Express English course as an example,the analytic hierarchy process is applied to collect and analyze students' real-time feedback on ideological and political teaching.An evaluation system is therefore established,including five primary indicators:teachers' ideological ability,teachers' professional ability,teachers' moral ability,teachers' teaching ability,and teacher-student interaction effect,as well as 21 secondary indicators.The system is scientific and reliable,which has guiding significance for the evaluation of ideological and political education in higher vocational English courses.
