电力系统中发生误操作时,往往都会带来严重的后果,影响设备甚至是电网的安全稳定运行,为确保在倒闸操作过程中不发生人为误操作责任事故,换流站采用了软件联锁方式,作为防止误操作的手段之一,通过介绍软件联锁实现方式,并与500 k V变电站微机五防系统比较,分析软件联锁优点及不足的地方,对软件联锁存在的不足提出了改进措施及建议,也为其他新建换流站工程及在运换流站提供参考和借鉴。
Abstract:Any misoperation in power system may cause serious consequences and affect the safe and stable operation of the equipment,even the power grid.In order to avoid no manual misoperation during the switching operation process,the converter station adopts the software interlocking method as one of means avoiding misoperation. Through the introduction of realization mode of software interlocking and the comparison with the Five Protection Systems of microcomputer of 500 kV substation,this paper analyzes the advantages and shortcomings of software interlocking,proposes improvement measures and suggestions for the shortcomings of software interlocking and it also provides references for other new converter station projects and converter stations in operation.
