此文通过对BS EN 50341《Overhead Electrical lines Exceeding AC 45kV Part 1:General requirements-Common specification》与中国《110~750 kV架空输电线路设计规范》(GB50545-2010)两个标准中关键条款的比对,基本理清了英标与国标在线条风荷载各因数之间的差异,对使用英标的国际工程有重要的参考意义。在国际工程的投标、施工等阶段的设计时可以有效优化风荷载,从而对塔重有效优化,使参与企业在国际竞争的大环境下投标报价更有优势。
Abstract:This paper made a comparison of key provisions in the two standards of BS EN 50341 Overhead Electric Line Expedition AC 45 kV Part 1:General Requirements-Common Specifications and Chinese Code for Design of 110 ~750 kV Overhead Transmission Lines(GB50545-2010).The differences between the British standard and the national standard in the wind load factors are basically clarified,which is of great reference significance for the international projects using the British standard.In the design stages of bidding and construction of international projects,the wind loads can be effectively optimized,thereby optimizing the tower weight effectively and making the bidding quotation more advantageous in the international competitive environment.
