针对一起220 kV电流互感器膨胀器异常顶起故障,首先进行了油色谱分析,采用特征气体法及三比值法,初步判断电流互感器内部发生低能放电。然后进行了击穿电压、绝缘电阻、介质损耗因数、局部放电等试验,根据试验结果判断该电流互感器存在绝缘故障。最后对故障电流互感器进行解体检查,确定了故障位置,明确了故障原因,并提出了防范同类故障再次发生的措施。
Abstract:In allusion to a 220 kV current transformer expander abnormal jacking fault,first the oil chromatography analysis is carried out,and the preliminary judgment is made that low-energy discharge occurs inside the current transformer according to the characteristic gas method and the three-ratio method. Then tests such as breakdown voltage,insulation resistance,dielectric loss factor and partial discharge are carried out,and the results show that the current transformer suffers from insulation fault. At last,the faulty current transformer is disassembled and inspected,the fault location is determined,the cause of the fault is identified,and the measures to prevent the recurrence of similar faults are put forward.
