当今市场经济时代,以质量取胜已经成为企业生存发展、增强综合实力和竞争力的必然要求。QC小组活动作为全面质量管理的一项重要工作,越来越受到企业的重视。目前已成为各企业质量工作的一个重要部分,越来越多的企业引入这项活动。此文立足于攻关型课题QC小组的实践,以中国建筑业协会一等奖QC小组(岱宗500 k V变电站变电土建QC小组)的活动为实例,论述如何开展攻关型课题QC小组的活动及QC小组活动对企业发展的积极作用,对今后开展攻关型课题QC小组的活动以及企业发展提供指导及借鉴作用。

In the era of market economy,winning by quality has become an inevitable requirement for the survival and development of enterprises and the strengthening of comprehensive strength and competitiveness.QC Group activity,as an important work for comprehensive quality management,is gaining more and more importance from enterprises. At present,it has been an important part for the quality work of an enterprise,and more and more enterprises have introduced this activity. Based on the practice of QC group tackling hard nuts,this paper takes the activities of QC Group,the 1 st prize winner of China Construction Industry Association-QC Group for power transformation and civil engineering of Daizong 500 k V substation team as an example to discuss how to carry out the activities of QC group tackling hard nuts,the positive function of QC group activities on the development of enterprises,and how to provide guidance and reference for activities of QC group tackling hard nuts and the development of enterprises in the future.
