新员工培训工作是学院培训工作的重点。A学院在新员工培训效果评估方面不断探索、实践,逐渐形成了一套有效地评估体系。这个评估体系是以柯氏四级评估理论为模型建立的。首先,本文介绍了新员工培训的背景和培训评估的必要性。然后,在介绍柯氏四级评估理论模型的前提下,讲述了新员工培训效果四级评估体系,即满意率评估、学员考核评价、行为评价和效果评估,及其评估的指标和方法。最后,分析在实施评估过程中,要注意正确选取适当工具和重视反馈评估效果这两方面。
Abstract:New employee training work is the emphasis of college training work. College A carries out exploration and practice continuously in new employee training effect evaluation and gradually forms a set of effective evaluation system. The evaluation system is set up according to Kirkpatrick Model. Firstly,the background of new employee training and necessity of training evaluation is introduced in this article.Secondly,4-level evaluation system of new employee training effect including satisfaction rate evaluation,examination and evaluation of students,behavior evaluation and effect evaluation and evaluation index and method is introduced on the premise of introduction of Kirkpatrick Model. Finally,pay attention to selecting suitable tool and feeding back to evaluation effect during evaluation implementation process.
