电力需求侧管理从20世纪70年代以来已经逐渐成为发达国家电力行业规范管理模式,我国目前处在发展时期。国家电网"建设坚强的智能电网"工作针对需求侧管理制定"全覆盖、全采集、全预付费"的总体目标,这是智能电网建设的重点环节,其推行对智能电网建设的目标起着举足轻重的作用,建设与发展必须与智能电网的长远规划保持高度一致。本文分析了传统需求侧管理的特点及局限性,以及为配合智能电网建设工作的开展,基于智能电网构架下电力需求侧管理所需的技术变革。
Abstract:The demand side management (DSM) has been a standardized management model in the developed countries since 20 th century 70 s, and achieved significant results.In our country, DSM currently still in development stage.While in State Grids's project, building a strong smart grid, "full coverage, full collection and all pre-paid" is the goal of DSM.As one important part of the smart grid construction, DSM plays a key role of it, and its plan and construct must consist with the smart grid's plan and construction.This paper analyzes the characteristics and limitations of traditional demand side management, give the technology of DSM which under smart grid framework.
