本研究使用《SCL-90症状自评量表》对某国有企业2014年新入职员工的心理健康状况进行调查,以便有效地进行心理干预和心理辅导。从调查结果来看,该企业新入职员工的心理健康水平较高,得分显著低于全国常模水平,各因子得分在性别、学历上存在显著差异。但在"强迫"和"人际关系敏感"两项因子上筛查阳性人数比例较高,部分人群需要重点关注。建议通过建立档案、加强教育和宣传、畅通求助渠道等途径,开展员工援助心理服务,显著提高新员工心理健康水平。
Abstract:This study takes advantage of the SCL-90 Symptom Checklist to develop an investigation on the mental health status of the new staffs of a state-owned enterprise in 2014 so as to effectively conduct a mental intervention and psychological guidance.From the investigation result,this company's new staffs have a comparatively high mental health,as the scores they obtained are obviously lower than the national normal level and each factor score has a significant difference in gender and education background.However,on the two factors of "enforce" and "interpersonal relationship sensitivity" the positive number take account of a bigger proportion which means that a portion of staffs need to be paid attention to.We suggest developing a staff assistance mentality service through establishing documents,strengthening relative education and publicity and building a unimpeded resort channel so as to improve the new staffs' mental health status significantly.
