此文通过近年来的实践,教学专家与工程技术人员共同组建开发团队,对工作岗位、工作过程、工作对象、工作方法、工作技术要求、岗位标准、行业标准等进行系统分析,合理序化教学内容,研发了基于工作过程的五年一贯制课程体系,将职业能力培养贯穿于整个人才培养的全过程,全面实行"做、教、学"一体化教学模式,实现了课程内容与职业标准的对接、教学过程与生产过程的对接。实践证明,我们的课程体系开发,对于五年一贯制专业建设、课程建设具有重要意义。
Abstract:In this paper,teaching experts and engineering technicians build a development team through practice in recent years.The team carries out system analysis of working post,working process,working object,working method,technical requirements for work,post standard and industry standard,implements ordering of teaching content reasonably,develops curriculum system of five-year consistent education based on working process,makes professional ability training run through the whole process of talent training,comprehensively implements "doing,teaching and learning" integrated teaching model and realizes docking between curriculum content and professional standards and docking between teaching process and production process;the practice has proved that our curriculum development is of great significance for specialty construction and curriculum construction of fiveyear consistent Education.
